In the Nissan GTP class, Forbes Marshall secured a dominant victory at Watkins Glen International. Starting from pole position, Marshall maintained his lead for the entirety of the 35-lap race, completing the event with only 2 incidents. His wire-to-wire performance ensured he remained unchallenged at the front of the field throughout the duration of the race. Alexander Good3, who started the race in P3, managed to improve his position to finish in P2.
