This lead held until lap 14, when Martinez reclaimed the top spot and maintained the lead for the remainder of the event. Fabian Jungbluth, who started from third, finished in second place with a clean race, recording zero incidents. Laust Olsen finished third, completing the podium with 31 laps and 3 incidents. In the Audi 90 GTO class, the race was defined by the misfortune of Andreas Schuster. Schuster was a primary contender for the win, running in the lead and battling at the front of the field for approximately 13 laps.
