Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (Full Course)

In the Nissan GTP class, Gabri Martinez dominated the event at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Starting from pole position, Martinez maintained the lead for the duration of the 32-lap race, completing the event with two incidents. Brendan Lim, who started from the third position, moved up to secure second place by the finish, ending the race with three incidents. Shady Ahmad, who qualified second, rounded out the podium in third place, recording a total of six incidents over the course of the 32 laps. The Audi 90 GTO class featured a significant shift in the standings due to a late-race retirement from the lead. Joni Hagner controlled the race from the front for 24 laps, appearing poised for victory before a crash ended his contention for the top spot. Hagner eventually finished the race in fourth place with six total incidents. Following Hagner’s exit, Andreas Schuster, who started the race in third, took the lead and secured the victory after 30 laps, despite recording four incidents. Audrius Valantiejus finished second in the Audi GTO class after starting from the fifth position. His race was marked by inconsistency, as he accumulated 16 incidents throughout the 30 laps. Mickey Friesen, the pole-sitter for the GTO class, finished third, recording seven incidents. Other drivers struggled with vehicle control throughout the event, specifically Emilio Dicharri and Leo Doussot, who recorded 11 and 15 incidents, respectively.
